Visiting Disney World in Orlando, Florida, and searching for a way to wet your whistle that’s just for the 21-plus crowd? Whether or not you’re at a Disney park with children, you may be keen to sample an adult beverage during your stay. Well, you can!
Epcot may be known as the park with the most adult libations, but if you’re wondering, “Does the Magic Kingdom sell alcohol, too?” — then you’re in luck. Though that fact isn’t widely publicized on the Disney website, here’s where you can find alcohol in Magic Kingdom Park.

You can order alcohol in the Magic Kingdom at any of the restaurants that offer table service. Quick-service restaurants and counter-service establishments, including options like Gaston’s Tavern and Tortuga Tavern, don’t serve alcoholic beverages.
🤓 Nerdy Tip
Though Gaston's Tavern doesn't serve alcohol, it's the only place where you can sample LeFou's Brew — the restaurant's signature nonalcoholic drink. It's made with frozen apple juice, flavored with toasted marshmallow and topped with passion fruit mango foam.
Here are the best places to grab adult beverages in the Magic Kingdom:

1. The Beak and Barrel

The Beak and Barrel opened in August 2025 as Magic Kingdom's first dedicated lounge experience. This Pirates of the Caribbean-themed spot serves specialty cocktails, beer, wine and small bites in Adventureland.
Unlike Magic Kingdom's table service restaurants where alcohol is a side option, The Beak and Barrel focuses on craft cocktails and shareable plates. It's the closest thing Magic Kingdom has to a traditional bar experience.
Drink highlights:
  • Salty Seas mARRRgarita: Ube-infused tequila cocktail with Lalo Blanco Tequila, Cointreau and lime.
  • Plunderer's Punch: Kraken Black Spiced Rum with blackberry, vanilla and citrus (comes in a souvenir pirate skull mug, limited to one per guest).
  • Hibiscus Rum Punch Royale: Rum-based drink topped with prosecco, featuring hibiscus and citrus.
  • Siren's Whisper: White rum cocktail with citrus and spice, inspired by the Fountain of Youth from the films.
  • Barrels Ablaze: Jack Daniel's Bonded Bourbon with honey and spice.
  • Port of Call: London Dry Gin with Ruby Port, lemon and spiced cranberry.
  • Lit Fuse: Mezcal with banana, coconut and smoked chili bitters.
There's also beer, wine and themed food. Don't miss Kraken's Catch, an octopus tentacle salad with lemon, lime, olives, bell peppers, avocado and Piquillo pepper-almond foam.
Non-alcoholic options include The Treasure Trove (ube, lemon and coconut with vanilla cake, chocolate and caramel popcorn) and Cursed Treasure (coconut milk and cookie crumbs with vanilla foam).

2. Be Our Guest Restaurant

Beer, cider, Champagne and wine are on the menu at this fine dining spot that serves French and American cuisine in three magical and immersive dining rooms based on “Beauty and the Beast.” Have a glass of French signature wine or Champagne to celebrate the theme.

3. Cinderella’s Royal Table

Choose from a selection of wine cocktails like mimosas and sangria while you eat breakfast in the inimitable castle. Lunch and dinner are also served in the fairy-tale dining room. At dinner, choose from a long list of wine and beer or opt for variety with a wine flight.

4. The Crystal Palace

Beer, hard cider, wine and a select few cocktails are available at The Crystal Palace. The Victorian-era, greenhouse-inspired restaurant is an all-you-can-eat buffet, and guests will be joined by Winnie the Pooh and other characters from the Hundred Acre Wood.

5. Liberty Tree Tavern

Sip on a variety of wine, beer, hard cider and themed cocktails while you fill up on family-style platters of traditional Thanksgiving fixings. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and features a colonial setting. A Gold Rush cocktail or a pint of Sam Adams will help set the scene.

6. The Diamond Horseshoe

Ice, Alcohol, Beverage
The Gold Rush (left) features Elijah Craig Bourbon, lemon juice and honey garnished with crystalized ginger. The Magical Beacon Cocktail features Empress 1908 Gin, Bols Blue Curaçao, Minute Maid Premium Lemonade, almond orgeat, lemon, hibiscus grenadine and a souvenir glow cube. Serving up some of the same menu items as Liberty Tree Tavern, this casual dining restaurant also features a selection of alcoholic beverages in an Old West-themed music hall. Cider shandy is just one of the theme-appropriate drinks on the menu.

7. The Plaza Restaurant

A concise selection of wine and beer are available at this charming, 20th-century-style dining room that serves casual American fare and is open for lunch and dinner. For an adult take on the classic milkshake, wash down your meal with a beer-infused mudslide.

8. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant

Enjoy wine, beer and cocktails at Tony’s, which is open for lunch and dinner. You’ll be surrounded by “Lady and the Tramp” vibes while you enjoy Italian-American cuisine in the quaint trattoria. Italian wines complement the menu.

9. Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen

Beverage, Lemonade, Alcohol
The Jungle Bird Cocktail features Gosling Black Rum, Campari, cane syrup, and pineapple and lime juices while the Golden Haze Margarita contains Teremana Blanco Tequila, Grand Marnier, agave syrup, lime juice, and smoked chili bitters. (Photo courtesy of Disney)
This casual restaurant that serves African, Asian and South American cuisine also offers specialty cocktails, beer and wine in three quirky, jungle cruise-themed rooms. A Jungle Bird cocktail or Kungaloosh Spiced Excursion Ale brewed just for the park are two drink options.

What are your tips for going to Disney (either in Orlando or Anaheim)?

Dining reservations

Table service restaurants plus The Beak and Barrel typically require a reservation. To guarantee you’ll get to dine at the restaurants you prefer, you’ll need to plan.
You can make reservations online or via the Disney mobile app.
If you’re staying at a Disney resort or hotel, you can make reservations for your entire visit at once (up to a 10-night stay) starting 60 days before the first day of your visit. If you’re staying elsewhere, you can make reservations up to 60 days in advance of the date you plan to dine.

Do dining plans include alcohol?

Disney parks, including the Magic Kingdom, offer dining plans to help guests make the most of their experience. Those include quick-service plans for visitors who want to dine on the go as well as deluxe plans that include meals at signature restaurants and dinner shows. There are four plans to choose from:
  • Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan.
  • Disney Dining Plan.
  • Disney Dining Plan Plus.
  • Disney Deluxe Dining Plan.
You can buy any plan with a vacation package or add one to any Disney reservation (provided dining plans are available at that time). With any package, as long as you’re older than 21, you can substitute an alcoholic beverage for a nonalcoholic beverage.

Where to drink alcohol in the Magic Kingdom recapped

Magic Kingdom alcohol sales do exist and have expanded significantly since 2025. You won't be able to just pop into a traditional bar like Epcot's various lounges, but The Beak and Barrel now offers a dedicated drinking experience focused on craft cocktails and shareable plates.
Beyond the lounge, you can still enjoy cocktails, beer, hard cider, wine or Champagne with your meal at all of the Magic Kingdom's table service restaurants.
The addition of The Beak and Barrel represents Magic Kingdom's biggest shift in beverage culture since the park began serving alcohol in 2012. For the first time, adults can enjoy craft cocktails in a lounge setting without committing to a full table service meal — bringing Magic Kingdom closer to Epcot's adult beverage experience while maintaining its family-friendly atmosphere.
So raise a glass (preferably a souvenir pirate skull filled with Plunderer's Punch) and enjoy your visit to this magical world.
