If you're looking to make the high-interest balance you're carrying more manageable, the Citi Simplicity® Card is one of the best balance transfer options to consider. It offers cardholders one of the longest introductory interest-free periods on the market and comes with a $0 annual fee, no late fees and no penalty APR. That alleviates some of the high costs that can add up with an outstanding credit card balance.

The Citi Simplicity® Card does come with some downsides. If you move a balance onto the card, you’ll pay a fee of 3% of each balance transfer ($5 minimum) on any balance transfers you make in the first four months. After that, you'll pay a 5% balance transfer fee ($5 minimum). So that is a cost to consider. The Citi Simplicity® Card also doesn't come with rewards. But if you're revolving a relatively low balance, and interest charges continue to grow, this card might help you tackle your debt.
