Avianca offers a chat service via its virtual assistant, Vianca. Messages will go through Whatsapp.

If you’d like to contact Avianca Airlines customer service in another way, you can message them using their social media channels.

Avianca maintains multiple social media accounts, including a Facebook page, an X (formerly Twitter) account and an Instagram profile. You can message the airline directly via any of these accounts.

If you’d prefer a method of communication in which you can share more information, Avianca also offers the option to submit a ticket. This can be done via its online web form.
