Verdict - Do not get the Frontier Airlines Business card, even if you frequently fly on Frontier airlines. There are simply better cards out there any way you analyze it. If you are after rewards, consider the Chase Ink Cash Business card or the American Express Costco Business card. If you are after low APRs, use our APR sort feature on our business credit cards page to find dozens of better options.
The unremarkable Frontier Airlines Business card earns 1 Frontier mile per $1 spent, and 2 miles per $1 spent on Frontier. At NerdWallet, we believe that airline miles are worth 1 cent per mile, based on our analysis of airline mile redemption options versus the purchase price of the same tickets. This means that airline miles cards like this one earn about 1% rewards. You can earn 2-3% rewards with other business rewards cards, without paying the $49 annual fee required, so there is no reason to choose this card.
Let's say you are fixated on earning airline miles, because you think they are worth more than the value we prescribe to them. We'd point you in the direction of American Express Membership Rewards points available from American Express Green, Gold, and Platinum cards - these points are transferable to just about any airline miles or hotel point program, giving you additional flexibility.
And in terms of APR's, there are frankly much better rates available. We recommend browsing our business credit cards page and sorting cards by effective annual rate - our calculations take into account promotional APR periods and ongoing APRs.
