Cruises Now Searchable on Chase’s Travel Portal
A new cruise search function on Chase's travel portal opens up great redemption opportunities for some cardholders.

Chase just made a quiet but meaningful update to its travel portal, and it’s a big win for certain cardholders trying to book cruises — especially those sitting on stashes of Chase Ultimate Rewards® points.
As of April 22, 2025, Chase Travel eligible cardmembers can now browse cruises online through Chase's travel portal. That's a significant improvement over the previous process, which required calling a dedicated cruise agent just to find out about available bookings. While you’ll still need to pick up the phone to book a cruise, this new ability to compare itineraries, prices and cruise lines online makes it much easier to plan and book a cruise using either cash or points.
This update comes as travelers' interest in cruises is on the rise. In January, AAA estimated that cruise passenger numbers would increase by 4.5% in 2025 compared to 2024. Assuming that projection held, it would mark a third straight year of record passenger volume.
How to find cruises on Chase's travel portal
Although cruises have been bookable through Chase since 2024, they were never posted on Chase’s travel portal — unlike hotels, flights and rental car booking options.
That's changed. Now, there’s an icon for cruises, which you can click to browse available sailings. Cruises include big names like Royal Caribbean and MSC Cruises, and luxury brands like Silversea Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. These cruises can be booked with a card or Chase Ultimate Rewards® points.
Certain cruises are part of a program called Voyages by Chase Travel℠. By booking a cruise designated as a "Voyages by Chase Travel" sailing, you'll qualify for benefits like onboard credits and package upgrades.
Exact benefits vary by sailing but the Norwegian Cruise Line sailing in that example includes your choice of a shore excursion credit, an extra night of specialty dining for up to two guests, or an unlimited Starbucks package for up to do guests.
Now that you can search itineraries online, it's easier to take advantage of these deals.
For now, you’ll still have to call 855-234-2542 to complete your cruise booking — but the search process just got a whole lot easier.
