Many or all of the products featured here are from our partners who compensate us. This may influence which products we write about and where and how the product appears on a page. However, this does not influence our evaluations. Our opinions are our own. Here is a list of our partners and here's how we make money.

The mobile app from Bank of America® allows you to manage your credit card with ease. All of the information you see on the bank's website — total credit available, payment due date, transactions, rewards, FICO score and more — is right there on the home screen. Icons across the bottom of the app screen allow you to jump from section to section.

You can tap on sections to get more information. For example, say the home screen shows you’ve earned $30 in rewards. When you tap “Rewards,” you go to a new screen that tells you the amount earned and the minimum needed to redeem ($25). You can redeem your rewards there as well as set up automatic redemption.

Back on the home screen, scroll through sections for account management (statements and alerts), card management (PINs, set travel notice, request new card), digital wallet setup (Apple Pay, Masterpass, Visa Checkout) and BankAmerideals.

To boost your rewards, tap Deals and see a new screen that shows all deals available (for example, 10% cash back at Starbucks or 10% at PetSmart) and how long they last. Tap the “Near Me” tab and you'll see a map with the deals plotted. So that you don’t miss any deals, set alerts to let you know when you’re near a deal, which deals are expiring soon and when new deals become available.
