For a limited time, several Delta SkyMiles credit cards are offering existing eligible cardholders elevated rewards on Delta flights. In addition, depending on the card, you may also qualify for spending bonuses or higher rewards at restaurants.
If you're eligible, you'll receive email instructions that contain offer details and a link for enrollment, which is required to qualify and runs until Dec. 31, 2020, when the promotion ends. You can also contact AmEx online or via the mobile app for more information.
Under the promotion, holders of the following cards prior to July 1, 2020, can earn 5 miles per $1 spent on Delta purchases (up from 3 miles per $1 spent):

Eligible holders of those products will also qualify for an additional 500 bonus miles and 500 Medallion Qualification Miles after spending $1,000 on purchases (up to a max of 25,000 miles and 25,000 MQMs). Typically, MQMs are earned based on the distance flown and your fare class, but this promotion is not limited to Delta purchases. Cardholders can earn MQMs on any eligible purchase. Terms apply.
In addition, holders of the following cards prior to July 25, 2020, can earn 5 miles per $1 spent on Delta purchases and also an elevated 4 miles per $1 spent at restaurants, including takeout and delivery (up from 2 miles per $1 spent in those categories):

These cards, however, don't qualify for the spending-related MQMs or bonus miles noted above.
To accommodate cardholders during the COVID-19 pandemic, Delta previously offered extensions for eligible cards with credits, certificates and companion passes that were set to expire. Some cards also offered elevated rewards on groceries, but that promotion has ended.
