AT&T's prepaid service offers access to AT&T’s network at lower prices and without a credit check. If you order online, you avoid a $15 activation fee. Some plans are eligible for automatic payment discounts, which vary by plan and may be higher with limited-time promo deals.

  • 5GB high-speed data: $30, plus taxes and fees. Unlimited talk and text in the U.S., unlimited texts to more than 230 countries, pay-per-use talk and text to Mexico and Canada. No autopay discount.

  • 15GB high-speed data: $40, plus taxes and fees. Unlimited talk and text, includes mobile hotspot and rollover of unused data. No autopay discount.

  • Unlimited: $65, taxes and fees extra. Standard-definition streaming, and you can add 5GB mobile hotspot for a $10 fee. Discounts and autopay available.

  • Unlimited Plus: $75, plus taxes and fees. Discounts available with new line activation and autopay. Data speeds slowed after 22GB of high-speed data, includes 10GB of high-speed mobile hot spot access and the option to stream video in high definition.

Multi-line discount: You can have up to five lines on one account, with each additional line receiving a discount. You get a $10 per line discount for up to four lines, and a $20 additional discount for a fifth line. This discount is only available on monthly plans. You can get an additional discount per line by signing up for autopay.
