The Radisson loyalty program is one of the best hotel rewards programs for earning free nights out there, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t occasional mishaps — such as realizing you're missing some Radisson Rewards points.

Perhaps you forgot to provide your Radisson Rewards number during the booking process. Maybe it was just an old-fashioned entry error. Whatever the reason, claim your missing Radisson Rewards. After all, with free night redemptions starting as low as 10,000 points per night for a RewardSaver room, and an earnings rate of between 20 and 35 points earned per $1 spent at Radisson family hotels depending on your level of Radisson elite status, you’ll want to make sure your points post to your account.

If the points you've earned don't post, no sweat. Here’s how you can request missing Radisson Rewards points.

How to ensure your Radisson points post

The easiest way to avoid missing Radisson points is to always provide your Radisson Rewards number during the booking process. At check-in, take the extra step to confirm with the front desk agent that your number is on file.

To find your Radisson loyalty program number, log in to the Radisson website, and select “My Account.” From there, you’ll see your Radisson loyalty number and current points balance.

🤓Nerdy Tip

Hold onto your Radisson room receipt until your points post, just in case.

You can check to see whether your Radisson points posted on that same page. Navigate to the tab “My Statements,” where you’ll see a list of recent hotel stays and transactions where you’ve earned points, as well as all of your recent redemption transactions.

It is important to note that Radisson has two programs: Radisson Rewards and Radisson Rewards Americas. So depending on what part of the world your stay was based, make sure to check the corresponding account.

Request missing Radisson Rewards points

If you don’t see your points immediately, hang tight. Radisson says it takes up to two weeks from your departure date for transactions to post to your account. But if it’s been longer than that, here’s what to do:

Reach out online

If you hate getting on the phone, you can submit a claim for your points online through Radisson’s contact page. Under the dropdown asking you to designate the topic of your request, select “Missing Stay Request.”

From there, you’ll have to complete a form to provide information, including your hotel confirmation number, the date of check-in and checkout, the name of the hotel you stayed at, your Radisson Rewards number and any additional notes.

Reach out over the phone

Sometimes, it’s just easier to explain the situation to another human. You can call Member Services. Be prepared to provide the agent with your Radisson Rewards number and details on your stay.

Request missing airline miles

If you opted to earn airline miles instead of Radisson Rewards points, you will have to be more patient. It takes four to six weeks after checkout for airline miles to be credited to your account.

If the miles haven't posted by that time, you will need to contact the airline to request missing miles. Again, it’s wise to keep your hotel stay receipt until airline miles have been credited.

If you're missing Radisson Rewards points

Why let points get lost? Just a few minutes can assure that Radisson Rewards points (or airline miles) get properly credited to your account after each stay so you can continue earning Radisson points toward future free stays. Since the program offers so many options for points redemption, it is a wise idea to keep track of every point you earn.
