Radisson Rewards can deliver a lot of value for those looking to score free nights, especially for travelers to destinations outside the United States. With over 1,100 properties worldwide, Radisson Rewards is one of the best rewards programs for earning free nights.
Free night redemptions start as low as 9,000 points per night for a standard room, and members earn a minimum of 20 points per $1 spent at Radisson family hotels — with elite status earnings topping 35 points per $1. This is a great incentive to make sure your points post to your account after each stay. If they do not, here’s how you can request missing Radisson Rewards points.
How to ensure your points post
To avoid missing points, always provide your Radisson Rewards number during the booking process. When checking in, it’s also worthwhile to confirm with the front desk agent that your number is on file.
Lastly, it’s a good idea to hold onto your room receipt until your points post.

Request missing Radisson Rewards points
You’ll have to call Member Services to claim missing points because Radisson Rewards doesn’t have an online missing points form. Points can take up to two weeks after checkout to post.
If your points do not post during that period, call Member Services. Provide the agent with your Radisson Rewards number and details on your stay. Having your reservation number on hand doesn’t hurt either.
Request missing airline miles
If you opted in to earn airline miles instead of Radisson Rewards points, you will have to be more patient. It takes between four and six weeks after checkout for airline miles to be credited to your account.
If miles have not posted by that time, you will need to contact the airline to request missing miles. Again, it’s wise to keep hold of your hotel stay receipt until airline miles have been credited.
The bottom line
Why let points get lost? Just a few minutes can assure that Radisson Rewards points or airline miles get properly credited to your account after each stay. Since the program offers so many options for points redemption, it is a wise idea to keep track of every point you earn.
