Bank of America® has increased the sign-up bonus on its Bank of America® Customized Cash Rewards credit card for new cardholders, although the required spending to snag it is also higher.

The card now offers a $200 online cash rewards bonus after you make at least $1,000 in purchases in the first 90 days of account opening..

Previously, the offer was a $150 online cash rewards bonus after you spent at least $500 on purchases in the first 90 days of account opening.

The new sign-up bonus is generous when compared with several other $0-annual-fee cash-back cards.

All other card benefits and rewards remain unchanged. It continues to earn 3% back on a category of your choice — gas, online shopping, dining, travel, drugstores or home improvement/furnishings — and 2% back at grocery stores and wholesale clubs for the first $2,500 spent in combined choice category/grocery store/wholesale club purchases each quarter. All other purchases earn 1%.
