The Capital One® Platinum Credit Card is an excellent option if your goal is to build credit or raise your credit limit.

The $0-annual-fee card reports to all three major credit bureaus, and it charges no foreign transaction fees and no penalty APR for late payments. A key feature is that it gives you the opportunity for an increased credit limit after you make your first five monthly payments on time.
