The Reserve by Citi Travel: What It Is and How It Works
The Reserve is a collection of hotels within Citi's travel portal that can be accessed only by holding certain Citi credit cards.

Follow these steps to score your next luxurious hotel stay.
Log in to Citi’s travel portal at cititravel.com or within Citi’s mobile app.
Input your destination, travel dates, number of guests and number of rooms.
Once the results have populated, look for hotels that have The Reserve tag. Be sure to select the room rate that corresponds to The Reserve.
Pay for your hotel stay with cash, ThankYou Points, or a combination of the two.
If you pay for the hotel with the Citi Strata Elite℠ Card, you’ll earn 12 ThankYou points per $1 spent. The rate is 10 ThankYou points per $1 if you have the Citi Strata Premier® Card, but you’ll get just 3x points on hotel bookings with the Citi Prestige® Card.
