Tracfone offers primarily pay-as-you-go wireless plans for basic and smartphone users. The prepaid carrier gives you lots of choices, offering plans that are good for anywhere from 30 days to a year, depending on the package.

Acquired by Verizon in late 2021, Tracfone remains a prepaid value carrier that now benefits from the strength of Verizon’s expansive network.
