The next time you check into a Hyatt property, you can breathe a bit easier. A new collaboration between Hyatt and Headspace will be bringing a host of relaxation exercises, tools and advice right to your guest room or mobile device in the coming months.

What it means for you

Headspace is a meditation app that provides guided meditations, sleep sounds and wellness advice. During your upcoming stay at a Hyatt property, you can enjoy free in-room meditation and mindfulness content from Headspace through the World of Hyatt app. World of Hyatt members can also take advantage of exclusive offers from Headspace.

A monthly subscription to Headspace usually costs $12.99 per month or $69.99 per year. Hyatt hotel guests can access this content for free any time.

If you notice the hotel staff with a spring in their step, that’s because they receive free subscriptions to Headspace too.

Meeting planners can also work with Hyatt to incorporate this type of Zen-inducing material into their events or breaks.

How to maximize World of Hyatt and live your best life

Hyatt has recently incorporated health and wellness into its brand, through its relationship with Miraval Resorts and Spas. Paired with FIND Experiences centered around holistic living, wellness and personal growth, these initiatives provide plenty of “ommmm” moments throughout your stay.

FIND Experiences run the gamut from culinary to adventure options and are available in more than 50 destinations around the world.

World of Hyatt members can pay to enjoy these specially curated opportunities and earn points along the way. Guests earn 10 base points per $1 spent on experiences in the U.S. and Mexico, and paying with World of Hyatt Credit Card gets you another 4 points per $1 spent. Members can also redeem their Hyatt points for FIND experiences worldwide.

If your head is spinning on which wellness activity to try first, check into a Hyatt property and switch on your new Headspace meditation content for a quick dose of calming advice.
