Cons

The SunTrust Prime Rewards Credit Card offers a low-interest period that's just silly-long: 3 year introductory offer at Prime Rate (currently 5.50% variable APR) on balance transfers made in the first 60 days after account opening. Variable 13.49%–23.49% APR thereafter.

The $0-annual-fee card also offers a sign-up bonus and rewards. These are hard to find on other cards in its class.

However, there's no 0% introductory APR period, and the card is not available to residents in every state.
