How to Reach Southwest Airlines Customer Service
Phone and social media are probably the quickest ways to directly reach a Southwest customer service agent.

Many or all of the products on this page are from partners who compensate us when you click to or take an action on their website, but this does not influence our evaluations or ratings. Our opinions are our own.
Need to access Southwest Airlines customer service? Whether your Southwest flight was just canceled and you need to rebook, you're seeking compensation for a delayed Southwest flight, or you need help with anything else, there are a few ways to get a hold of representatives for the airline.

If you prefer to contact Southwest Airlines customer service through social media channels, you have options. Customers can contact the airline through X (the service formerly known as Twitter) by sending a direct message to @SouthwestAir. Twitter can be particularly effective if the hold times are long or you’re not getting the results you need over the phone.
Southwest Airlines also has a Facebook page. You can reach out to the customer service team via Facebook messenger.

The Southwest Airlines Community
Southwest has a web portal where customers can check the knowledge base for answers to common customer service questions. It might make sense to check here before sending a message or making a call, especially if the problem isn’t specific to a reservation. After all, searching here might be faster than waiting on hold on the phone.
The Southwest Airlines Community also provides a discussion board and blog. Here, fellow travelers can even answer your questions — and often they do a better job at providing information than Southwest's own website.
Southwest credit card customer service
Southwest customer service doesn't assist with questions or issues related to a Southwest credit card. Instead, you’ll need to contact Chase, the bank that issues the co-branded Southwest credit cards.
