U.S. Bank has raised the stakes on one of its business credit cards.

The U.S. Bank Business Cash Rewards World Elite™ MasterCard® now offers the following sign-up bonus: Earn a new cardmember bonus of $500 after you spend $4,500 in eligible net purchases on your card within the first 150 days of account opening. The previous offer was lower but easier to attain, allowing new cardholders to earn $200 in bonus cash after spending $1,000 in eligible purchases within the first 90 days.

Unfortunately, the issuer is also making a negative change to a different business card, slashing the 0% intro APR offer for the U.S. Bank Business Platinum. What was once an extra-lengthy introductory period of 20 billing cycles at 0% for purchases and balance transfers has been reduced to a run-of-the-mill offer: Get an intro 0% on Purchases and Balance Transfers for the first 12 billing cycles, and then the ongoing APR of 12.24% - 20.24% Variable APR.
