How many ships does Virgin Voyages have?
Because Virgin Voyages is new, it has four ships in its fleet: Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, Resilient Lady and Brilliant Lady.
The oldest ship, Scarlet Lady, started sailing in 2021. As far as the onboard experience goes, they’re pretty similar. Each ship has more than 20 eateries (reservations are required for some), provides live entertainment and has plenty of locations to grab a drink.
What is the newest Virgin Voyages ship?
The newest (and fourth) Virgin Voyages ship, the Brilliant Lady, set sail in September 2025 for its inaugural voyage from New York to Bermuda. Brilliant Lady is structurally different from its sisters to accommodate Panama Canal crossings, unlocking the ability for Virgin Voyages to reach new places, such as Alaska.
