GoMiles.com Helps Keep Track of Your Travel and Credit Card Rewards

Credit Cards
With so many websites offering free financial tools, it can be hard to know whom to trust. At NerdWallet, we spend literally 1,000s of hours researching partner offers and following strict editorial integrity to match you with the perfect choice. We even share how we make money so you can enjoy our expert advice and researched recommendations with total clarity and confidence.

NerdWallet is teaming up with the guys over at GoMiles.com, a new startup that aims to help users track all of their different frequent flyer miles, hotel rewards, other loyalty programs and credit card rewards.  Think of them as a “Mint + Kayak for Miles,” and they’re debuting today at the TechStars Seattle Demo Day.  You’ll see a link to their site on our blog homepage, so once you’ve found yourself the perfect travel rewards credit card, head on over to their site and have them manage all your miles.

Here’s the rundown on the new tool:

Every traveler has frequent flyer miles, but what’s the best way to manage them and unlock the value in these assets?

Enter GoMiles.com.  GoMiles is a new web startup that helps people take control of their frequent flyer miles, hotel points, car rental points and other loyalty program points, once and for all.  It lets you manage all your accounts on a single visual dashboard, warns you when your points are about to expire, shows you ways to earn more miles for free, and helps you to redeem them via their search engine.

GoMiles.com was founded by Michael Komarnitsky, a former management consultant at Booz & Company.  He traveled 40 weeks a year for client work and racked up thousands of miles, only to have them expire because he didn’t read the fine print on the airline website.  He’s building GoMiles so that nobody has to read all those complicated rules and conditions – GoMiles wants to make it dead-simple for people to manage their points effectively, and unlock the value in these assets.

Together, NerdWallet and GoMiles will continue to make sure that consumers know how to maximize earning and redeeming their travel rewards.
