If you're interested in refinancing your high-interest credit card debt, you've come to the right place. The Chase Slate® is the Nerds' favorite credit card for balance transfers because it offers a long introductory 0% period and waives its balance transfer fee if you move your debt onto it within 60 days of opening your account. Although it doesn't offer a rewards program in the traditional sense, we think that these features are the best "reward" for folks struggling with debt.

Here are a few caveats to keep in mind before applying:

  • The amount you transfer (including fees and interest) can't exceed $15,000 or your credit limit, whichever is lower.
  • You can't transfer debt from another Chase account.
