Bank of America has a huge array of credit cards, including any number of special interest and affinity cards for retailers, independent clubs and nonprofits. It also has dedicated military credit cards, though a military credit union may offer better rates. But its cards simply can't compare to other offers. BofA pays out its rewards in Bank of America WorldPoints, which we aren't thrilled with, to say the least.
