Synchrony Bank

at Synchrony Bank,

Member, FDIC

Synchrony Bank operates primarily online, but customers are never far from their cash. Even though the bank has only one branch, it participates in networks that give customers access to more than 2 million ATMs in the United States and abroad.

Synchrony customers can enjoy fee-free access to more ATMs than customers at Citibank, JP Morgan Chase and other major banks or credit unions.

It’s worth noting that Synchrony offers only savings accounts — there are no checking options. So while easy access to your cash is a plus, that access might work against you if your goal is to build up savings.

Synchrony Bank locations

  • 2 million ATMs worldwide with the Visa Plus and Accel logos
