Mortgage rates today for 30- and 15-year fixed rates, as well as 5/1 ARMs, all climbed, according to a NerdWallet survey of mortgage rates published by national lenders Monday morning.

The turnaround in mortgage rates comes on the heels of lower rates on Friday amid a lackluster jobs report for March, along with the Syrian airstrike.
