Mortgage Rates Today, Friday, Oct. 21: Small Dip; Mortgage Refinancing Cooling Down

Thirty-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are higher Wednesday, while 15-year fixed refinance rates and 5/1 ARM refinance rates are up slightly, according to survey of national lenders by NerdWallet.
