For Black Friday 2016, Target’s 40-page ad labels each deal as a doorbuster special, but a select few stuck out as highlights. Low prices are found across storewide categories, but of course, big-ticket items saw the steepest discounts.

Popular brand-name toys are buy one, get one half off, and all apparel, accessories and shoes for the entire family are marked down 30%.

As you browse holiday deals, remember to mind your credit card balance. Many Americans take on holiday debt but you can avoid paying interest with a 0% credit card. NerdWallet’s list of best credit cards for holiday shopping includes cards with 0% interest periods that may last from 9 to 21 months.

Target offers more opportunities to save in the days leading up to Black Friday. Starting on Nov. 19, Target brings back its 10 Days of Deals promotion, with daily discounts on products in some of the store’s most popular categories. The specials are available in-store and online, with free shipping.  Here’s the deal schedule:

  • Saturday, Nov. 19: 30% off toys.
  • Sunday, Nov. 20: 10% off electronics and entertainment.
  • Monday, Nov. 21: 20% off kitchen purchases.
  • Tuesday, Nov. 22: 25% off beauty products.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 23: Buy one, get one free frozen pizza.
  • Thursday, Nov. 24: Shop Black Friday doorbuster deals on TVs, electronics and more.
  • Friday, Nov. 25: Doorbusters: 30% off apparel, accessories and shoes for the family.
  • Saturday, Nov. 26: Save $50 when you spend $100 in Target’s new curated holiday section, Wondershop.
  • Sunday, Nov. 27, and Monday, Nov. 28: During Thanksgiving Week, Target will announce surprise deals featured on the last days of the promotion.

In 2015, Target went all out — before, during and after Black Friday. Deals started 10 days before the holiday weekend and the retailer released a 40-page ad packed with sought-after deals.

Check out some of Target’s 2015 Black Friday highlights:

  • $87.99  for a Samsung 120-watt Bluetooth soundbar (regularly $179.99).
  • Canon T5 DSLR camera with 18-55 mm lens and bag for $399.99.
  • 25% off all Beats wireless headphones.
  • 40% off most apparel and accessories storewide.
  • $200 off Dyson’s Cinetic Big Ball Animal vacuum (regularly $599.99).

Target’s ad was also full of coupons. Shoppers visiting Target on Saturday during last year’s sale were eligible to receive $50 off with a coupon when they spent $100 or more on Holiday Shop items. Target giftcards of $50 to $150 came with Apple Watch, iPad and iPad mini purchases. Shoppers were wise to read the ads carefully, as some deals were limited to one day.
