A survey of major lenders Thursday reveals the mortgage rates of Wells Fargo, Chase and Bank of America. Rates are mostly unchanged today, following at least three days in which average pricing moved higher nationally.

Mortgage rates may be in a holding pattern for now, until global bond markets can digest the results of today’s British referendum regarding an exit from the European Union. Results of the voting won’t be known in the U.S. until very early Friday.
