Victoria’s Secret shoppers know that the holiday season isn’t over when Christmas Day passes. After all of the gifts have been unwrapped, there’s still one more treat to look forward to — the Victoria’s Secret Semi-Annual Sale.

The hyped sale event happens once in June and once near the start of the year. Here’s what you should know about the sale.

So when is it?

The start date for the winter sale varies, but in the past, deals have stretched from the end of December to the beginning of January.

This time around, Victoria’s Secret launched the Semi-Annual Sale in stores on Dec. 29, with online deals following suit. The next installment is expected in June.

What else do you need to know?

The Victoria’s Secret Semi-Annual Sale generally consists of a combination of price cuts, giveaways with purchase of select items, free shipping offers and coupon codes. For instance, the retailer promised up to 50% off over 2,000 styles and free shipping on $100 as part of the January 2017 sale.

The summer 2016 installment of the sale featured up to 60% off swimsuit styles, up to 60% off sport, up to 50% off lingerie and up to 40% off lounge.

In January 2016, thousands of styles were discounted. These included: 25% to 40% off bras, up to 40% off sleepwear and up to 60% off clothing.

Shoppers can also try to strategize when planning for the sale. The store has been known to release additional offers and expand its selection of discounted items midway through the sale.
